• To guarantee your booking and secure the discounted rate, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.

• The remaining 70% balance must be paid on the day of arrival or prior to arrival by arrangement.

• Free cancellation: Up to 30 days before arrival – full deposit refunded.

• Less than 6 days or no-show: Deposit is forfeited.

• Rescheduling: One-time date change is possible if requested at least 3 days before arrival, subject to availability.

• Tourist tax is not included in the room or retreat price and must be paid separately on site.

• Adults: €1.50 – €2.00 per night (seasonal variation)

• Children 10–18 years: 50% discount

• Children under 10: Free of charge

• Any retreat or restaurant bookings made through Hotel Adria Miris are subject to the same deposit and cancellation policies unless otherwise specified.

• Guests agree to comply with all retreat-specific instructions and restaurant booking rules.
